My hourly rate for psychotherapy services is $150, although I will negotiate a reduced fee for clients paying out of pocket at the time of service upon request. Some of the insurances I work with most often include:

Even if I'm in your insurance network, you might still be responsible for some or all of the contracted hourly rate depending on your plan's coverage. I recommend contacting your insurance company to get specific information on benefits and coverage so you know what to expect in terms of your financial responsibility for sessions.

Insurance can not be billed for mediation services. That rate is $200 per hour and is due at the time of service.

All necessary forms as a new client will be completed online through my practice management system, including insurance and billing information.  You will receive a link to Simple Practice when an initial intake appointment is scheduled to review all documents.
